This place suits me perfectly! The 24-hour reception, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms with air conditioning provide everything I need. I fondly remember how the staff helped me find something I lost on my first visit. Tip, don't miss the tasty breakfast!

Extremely comfy hotel for exploring the city, has particularly nice view over the mountain. Highly efficient and best staff at the night shift, everything is very good. The location is magnificent, 5 minutes' walk to a pedestrian street. It is found in a shopping area.

I have been little time to value it (from Friday night to Sunday morning) but I found the Hotel quite good, very well located.

Maybe the price is a bit high but I guess it's due to the location and dates we were in.

Convenient location to tour the city, close to port & metro. Very helpful staff, good buffet breakfast.

This appears to be quite an hold hotel, and although it is generally kept very clean, some of the fittings and furnishings could do with updating. Carpets are great in large hotels to reduce the noise level, but get smelly and stained with time.

I had such a great experience here with the room being veryvery comfy and tidy while enjoying the convenience of being just a short walk from mercado de la boqueria and plaza de catalunya, perfect for my weekend city strolls. Single travelers will appreciate the complimentary juices in the minibar and the overall creative vibe of the hotel, but communication about breakfast options could be a bit clearer.

You can get a quiet room, if you ask for one. Breakfast was good. Clean room. Hotel very close to metro. Many restaurants also close by. Walking distance to the Port and La Rambla

Our toilet was bust during our stay. Hotel check in service was to slow and not very helpful. You do not want to wait a long time for room key after traveling from very early morning.

No complimentary water at room, no coffe/tea at room. Bed not comfortable and it was two bed joined together. My trip was in November and the hotel turned off AC system of and it was so hot in the room and if you open windows then you get insects. So plan your vist before october.

Extensive breakfast selection. Reasonable prices at the bar and for the mini-bar. Gllod location close to the port and Las Ramblas.

The staff at the hotel were warm and friendly. We felt well looked after. Internet was excellent and the staff always sent up a new password when the old one expired. The staff answered all my questions about directions (especially where the police station was when I lost my passport). Overall a good hotel with great staff.

The only problem I had was with the gym. The staff there were very rude and not very helpful. I don´t think this is the hotels fault though as the gym is an outside provider.

Helpful staff, great response to problems. Good location adjacent to Metro stop giving good access into the city centre. Great room, but a bit on the expensive side.

Slow entry into breakfast - only one person managing people arriving and queues very long. Slow reception - again, quite long waits to talk to someone.
